Prenotazioni e check in
Al momento della prenotazione deve essere versato un acconto pari al 30%. Il pagamento del saldo avviene alla consegna delle chiavi mediante contanti. Non si accettano pagamenti con carte di credito e altre forme di pagamento. Al suo arrivo l’ospite è tenuto a presentare un documento di identità di tutte le persone per le quali è stata effettuata la prenotazione.L’appartamento può ospitare un numero massimo di tre persone.
(Si invitano gli ospiti a porre massima attenzione a non perdere le chiavi perché la loro sostituzione e quella di una nuova serratura sarà interamente addebitata).
Arrivi
Gli arrivi si accettano dalle ore 12 o concordati preventivamente.
L’alloggio deve essere lasciato entro le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza per permettere il riordino dei locali.
Cauzione
Il Cliente deve versare all'arrivo in contanti un deposito cauzionale di 150€, che verrà restituito alla partenza, previa decurtazione degli eventuali danni arrecati all'alloggio e delle spese supplementari da regolarsi a fine soggiorno.
Pulizia e manutenzione
L’alloggio viene consegnato pulito e funzionante gli ospiti sono tenuti a riconsegnare l'alloggio pulito e ordinato come trovato all'arrivo. Il cambio della biancheria da letto e da bagno avviene settimanalmente Il proprietario o un suo rappresentante ha libero accesso alla proprietà per effettuare eventuali operazioni di manutenzione necessarie.
Obblighi e Responsabilità
Il proprietario della struttura non è in alcun modo responsabile di eventuali infortuni, furti, danni alle persone od alle cose solo perché avvenuti all’interno della proprietà I signori ospiti sono responsabili della custodia dell’appartamento, dei mobili e degli oggetti in essi contenuti.
La spazzatura va differenziata e gettata regolarmente e nulla va lasciato in casa al momento del check out.
Il riassetto e la pulizia quotidiana dell’appartamento sono di competenza di chi soggiorna in casa, così come la pulizia quotidiana, settimanale e finale di stoviglie e lavello.
Al termine del soggiorno il frigorifero deve essere lasciato pulito ed eventuali alimenti deteriorabili gettati.
Costi aggiuntivi
- 20,00 € obbligatori per la pulizia finale del piano cottura e tutto l’ambiente cucina.
- Consumi dei vini e spumanti della cantinola.
- A richiesta pulizia extra.
Si raccomanda di non buttare nel water o nei lavandini niente che possa ostruire le tubature. L’eventuale intervento di un tecnico vi sarà interamente addebitato.

Reservations and check-in

Security

Cleaning and maintenance
The accommodation is clean and functional. Guests are required to return the accommodation clean and tidy as found on arrival.
The change of bed linen and towels is done weekly, the owner or his representative shall have free access to the property to carry out any necessary maintenance operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
The owner is not in any way responsible for any accident, theft, damage to persons or things just because they occurred on the property.
The gentlemen guests are responsible for keeping the apartment, furniture and objects they contain.
The trash and waste is thrown regularly and nothing is left home at the time of check out.
The rehabilitation and daily cleaning of the apartment are the responsibility of those who stay at home, as well as daily cleaning, weekly, and the final dish, and sink.
At the end of the room the refrigerator should be left clean and any perishable food thrown.
Extra Charges
- 20.00 € required for the final cleaning of the hob and the whole kitchen.
- Wines and sparkling wines cantinola.
- Extra cleaning on request.
It is recommended not to throw water or in the sink or anything that could clog the pipes.
The possible intervention of a technician will be fully charged.
